We have found a backhoe for you to consider. It is a MF backhoe model 50A that is in great shape. It runs well and has been well maintained. The seller is asking $14,500. Here are the details:

I am selling my Backhoe, Almost everything has been rebuilt, The eng, 4cyl.Perkins Diesel has been completely redone with new liners,pistons,rings,bearings,oil pump,water pump,etc. We have redone the out rigger cyl’s and the reach cyl, and the hyd, motor on the backhoe swing, to much to list, give me a call and I’ll be glad to go over everything. And yes you can buy a newer one for the same price ,but not in this condition. I have put aprox. 18 hrs on it since finished.
