What Is This Childrens Movie Called?

I remember watching it years ago probably when I was about 7 years old maybe younger. It had a bunch of woodland creatures in it who all had to move their homes because some toxic fumes were destroying their current homes. They packed all they needed and some got killed because of the fumes. I might be mistaken but I also think there were huge construction machines in there too somewhere like backhoes and bulldozers but I don’t know. Does anyone know the movie I’m talking about?

    Once Upon a Forest (1993)
    A young mouse, mole and hedgehog risk their lives to find a cure for their badger friend, who’s been poisoned by toxic fumes.
    EDIT: You may also be combining an element of “FernGully: The Last Rain Forest” (1992) in your description. Large, destructive machinery was brought into the rain forest.
